Customer Challenge: lack of backend BI resources to improve and complete ETLs.
A large infrastructure and services organization in Canada had a small internal BI team, but lacked the capacity to work on complex ETLs and reengineer some data warehouses.
Ultreia stepped in by providing a flexible arrangement where two senior BI engineers were added to the client's team on a part time basis. This allows the client to deliver multiple stalled projects successfully!

Customer Challenge: urgent need for a senior security consultant specialized it security operations.
A large consulting company in Canada was challenged in finding a very experienced security professional and had no time to go through standard job posting/headhunting channels.
Ultreia stepped and provided 2 experienced and pre-vetted candidates from Peru in less than 2 weeks. Our client selected the second candidate who started the onboarding process 3 weeks later!
Total from beginning to end, including signature of contracts, was 5 weeks in total from initial request to first day of work. And no onboarding or head hunting fees were charged.
